On site survey and inspection, complete with individual gearbox identification and condition report. FK7 can provide tailor-made packages to monitor and repair/replace all your on-site gearboxes, with on-site infra-red thermal imaging and vibration testing.
Detailed strip, inspection and report on gearbox condition. Every report is complete with the total cost and lead time of repair and/or replacement. Where possible FK7 may also detail possible improvements of reliability, efficiency and repair cost & lead time. All gearboxes are checked prior to strip, ensuring that our customers do not incur unnecessary costs of repairing "healthy" gearboxes.
Complete gearbox overhaul. Emergency repair service with 24-hour call-out. All repairs include replacement of all bearings, seals and any anti-run-back bearings (sprag clutches), unless otherwise specified.
Test certificates & 12 Month Warranty.
All new and refurbished gearboxes come complete with a test certificate and a 12 month warranty.
